My name is Abdul Hazim bin Abdul Rasid. I was born on 9th August 1996 at Kota Baharu, Kelantan. I have one brother and sister, and I am the eldest. Since I am the eldest son, I have to show a good example to my siblings especially in my education achievement. Both my parents worked as a civil servant. My father works as an army officer and my mother is a laboratory assistant at Sekolah Menengah Kem Terendak which also my former secondary school.Since my father is a military officer, we have been staying at several places and it has reflected me where I have entered various primary and secondary school in Kuala Lumpur, Perak and Malacca. When I was in secondary school, I have actively been involved in curriculum activities such as Cadet Remaja Sekolah as Corporal, Petanque Club as president and represented my school in solar car innovative tournament at the state level. At school level I also have been nominated as school prefect and librarian.
After getting my SPM result, as a start to the next step of my study tour I have chosen to take a diploma in Accountancy Program at College Poly-Tech MARA based on my educational background during secondary school. I choose accountancy because I am so interested to learn all aspects about the economy. As we all know there are lots of native residents involved in business, but not all of them have managed to really excel in this vocation like Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Al Bukhary. I understand that through this study I can choose a career as an account officer, financial manager and account auditor. My vision is to be an economic analysis and my mission is to excel in economic study and if possible I hope that I can manage to achieve the high level of the study as an economics student.
